PATSY BETH NEEDHAM, 91, will be lovingly
remembered & celebrated after her peaceful passing
on April 14, 2026, at her home in Haslet, TX,
surrounded by her cherished family. Burial was
in Evergreen Cemetery at Ranger, TX.
Patsy was born on Dec. 22, 1934, in Ranger, TX to
Wells W. & Loyce Virginia (Andrew) Needham. She
attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1953.
A woman of faith, she embraced her Baptist beliefs
throughout her life. After dedicating 29 years as
a devoted receptionist at Bell Helicopter, she
retired and relished in the joy of exploring new
places, including a memorable trip to Israel where
she was baptized in the Jordan River. Her deep love
for family was evident as she thrived in the close-
knit neighborhood where her children lived nearby
for over 20 years, cherishing everyday moments with
them & the joy of watching her grandchildren flourish.
Patsy is survived by her son, Phil Blackmon, and wife,
Tyra; her daughter, Diana Maston, and husband, Bruce;
six grandchildren: Brandi Jenkins and husband, RJ,
Randy Blackmon and wife, Lindsay, Amber Neal, Mandy
Scriber and husband, Jerry, Selena Cheek, and Ashley
Soto; as well as 20 great-grandchildren & one great-
great-grandchild, all of whom will carry her legacy
forward.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents,
Wells & Loyce Needham; her brother, Donald Needham
(RHS-1949); and her two sisters, Margrete Needham
Burton (RHS-1955) and Eloise Needham.
SISTER: MINIE ELOISE NEEDHAM, 84 of Stephen-
ville, TX formerly of Ranger, TX, passed away on
April 29, 2014.
Eloise was born Sept. 10, 1929 in Strawn, TX to
Wells Wildie & Loyce Virginia Andrews Needham.
She graduated High School in Monahan and attended
Arlington Jr. College for one year. She worked
for several years as a telephone operator.
Eloise is survived by 2 sisters: Margaret Burton
& Patsy Needham. She is also survived by 5 nieces
and nephews. Eloise is now free of the illness
and pain that was a part of her life for so many
years.
