TROY DANIEL TINDALL, 62, passed away March 19,
2026, with interment at Evergreen Cemetery in
Ranger, TX.
Troy was born on April 4, 1963 in Fort Worth, TX to
Terry Tindall & Kay (Smith, RHS-1965) Tindall. He
attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1981 &
married the love of his life, Cindy Alcorn, in Dec.
of 1984 at Early, TX. Troy was a wonderful husband,
father, & grandfather. He remodeled many homes in
the Ranger area and was the owner of Tindall Hardware
in Ranger. Troy could fix anything & was a very
generous person, going above and beyond in every
facet of his life. He was a member of Daugherty St.
Church of Christ in Eastland. Troy touched many
lives and will be deeply missed by his family and
friends.
Survivors include his wife, Cindy Tindall of Ranger;
two sons, Brian Perry (RHS-1995) and wife, Cathy of
Ranger, and James Perry (RHS-1995) and wife, Donna
Swanzy of Fort Worth; his mother, Kay McCleskey of
Ranger; a brother, Waymon Joyner (RHS-1987) of Ranger,
a sister, Marlena Windham of Lake Fort Phantom Hill;
six grandchildren, Matthew Perry, Jacob Perry, Hailey
Lauth, Shaun Perry, Joshua Lopez, and Isaak Perry.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tabitha
Tindall Lopez (RHS-2005), his father, Terry Tindall,
and a brother, Shayne Gilliam.
