JESSE ROLLO CLEAVER, 64, passed away on
Jan. 22, 2026 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City,
OK.
He was born on Sept. 13, 1961 in Midland, TX to
Janie "Blackie" Scroggins & Jesse "Kid" Cleaver.
Rollo grew up in Ranger, graduating from Ranger
High School in the Class of 1980 before attending
Job Corp in San Marcus. From there, moving on to
Ft. Worth, where he worked alongside his brother
Greg as a brick layer with Cleaver Masonry.
Rollo is preceded in death by Sally Kirkpatrick
(life partner), Jesse "Kid" Cleaver (Father), Jamie
Blackie? Scroggins (Mother), (Brothers) Franchell
Cleaver, Laydell Cleaver, Dallas Cleaver, Carl
Cleaver, Tucker Cleaver, Jesse (Ho-Cake) Cleaver,
Travis Cleaver, Chester Cleaver and William Cleaver
(RHS-1980). (Sisters) Bertha Marie Neeley, Colleen
Coffee, Vickie Rae Carrol and Stacey Cleaver Adams
(RHS-1985).
He is survived by (Daughters) Samantha Kirkpatrick,
Sabrina Kirkpatrick, and (Son) Scotty Kirkpatrick.
(Sister) Saul Lynn Cooper, (Brothers) Gregory (RHS-
1974) and Laura Cleaver, Darrell (RHS-1978) and
Teresa Cleaver, Andy (RHS-1983) and Debbie Cleaver.
Numerous grandchildren and by the many nieces,
nephews, cousins and other relatives who brought
joy.
Rollo was a beloved and devoted Brother, Uncle,
Father, Grandfather, and Friend. He enjoyed Family
reunions & gatherings, camping at the lake,vacation
cruises and Bingo. Rollo was a lover of classic cars.
His family was his greatest joy. He cared for them
with unwavering devotion. Especially to his brother
Greg. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends
and all who knew him.
Opposed to a traditional funeral service, the family
will hold a celebration of life memorial to be held
on February 7th at the Ranger Library. Flowers and
