BERTHA PARRISH CHASTAIN, 101, of
Cape Coral, FL passed away on Feb. 11, 2015,
with interment at Evergreen Cemeter at Ranger,
TX.
She was the daughter of the late Samuel &
Pearl Parrish. Bertha was born March 5, 1913
in Texas and raised in Ranger, TX where she
spent most of her life. She attended Ranger
High School in the Class of 1933 and married
Garvin Chastain (RHS-1935). He died in 1995.
She was an interviewer for the Texas State
Employment Department. She will be dearly
missed by her loving son, Garvin Chastain
III.
